John Cook a Minnesota carver of high recognition. He has a bass on the Heartland print from 1994. The Heartland print is by Wayne Roman.
John informs me that he now lives in Missouri. He moved there from Remer, MN in 2004.
His variety show his skills and interest in a variety of decoys.

This is the bass that Wayne Roman used as a model when he painted the Heartland Print in 1994.
